Hotel Metsaehirvas - Rovaniemi

The charming location next to the river enhances your stay.

During my four-night stay, the experience was marred by several disappointments. Housekeeping left much to be desired, as our suite went without cleaning for days, unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The dining experience was frustrating. The breakfast selection was limited and often ran out, forcing us to scramble for a table in a cramped space because of large tour groups monopolizing the dining area.

The staff were efficient the whole time. The food was outstanding with a wide array of choice...

the room was exceptionally clean and had private bathroom plus an oven, a cooktop, and glassware. the fact that it overlooked inner courtyard. i loved those guys, providing exceptional service. i used to use free wi-fi throughout the property. location: the hotel was close enough to the forest, rovaniemi, and rovaniemi city center.

The suite's layout offers an intimate atmosphere, perfect for couples. The location exudes a cozy charm.

Housekeeping left much to be desired-four days without cleaning is unacceptable for a suite. The soundproofing is lacking. You can catch every word from next door. Space is an issue. No room for suitcases which means they end up on the floor. Breakfast was disappointing, both in variety and quality.

Super comfy bed and the sauna was nice. Just found the soundproofing not the best, could hear the neighbours quite a bit. But overall, a solid stay!

All good, fulfills its purpose. Room had a well-equipped kitchenette and lovely views of the surrounding nature.

Great spot for a one-night stay with spotless, lovely rooms equipped with a hairdryer, shower, and bidet, ensuring a good night's sleep thanks to the comfy bed and attentive staff.

I had such wonderful days staying at this trendy boutique hotel. Everything was good here, and the views were exceptional. the double room was modern and cozy, and having a bath in the bathroom was a great addition. the location was marvelous in a lovely area, just a short distance from Rovaniemi city center and Santa Claus Village. it was only a 10-15 minute walk from Sea Life Centre Orlando.

The intimate atmosphere, and the staff really added to that warmth with their helpfulness. Just a heads up, the lack of soundproofing made it a bit noisy at times, but the overall ambiance outweighed any minor inconveniences.

The standard double room was super cozy, with comfy beds and nice updates. I loved the beautiful views of nature right outside. The kitchenette was well-equipped, a nice touch for longer stays. Just a heads up, the room was a bit tight on space for bags, but it felt homey overall!

The comfort of the standard double room exceeded my expectations, especially the spacious bathroom with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options that fueled my adventures. Enjoying a glass of wine by the fire while watching the sunset was a highlight of my stay. The river view from my room added a serene touch to my mornings.

The noise from adjacent rooms was a concern at times.

I had a cozy night in my suite, enjoying the delicious reindeer dish and creamy mushroom pasta, but the room layout didn't really allow for suitcase space.
